Re: ChatGPT and AIs

I tried to make it easy, and still nothing. Now I have to interrogate it to try getting some useful info. Me: I'd like a few accredited lab recommendations for testing of my tap water in my Allentown apartment, Names and addresses of accredited labs are in blocks in a small, bold font on the left si...

Re: Health and Fitness

After two months of light use, my Xterra WS200 treadmill stopped suddenly in the middle of my walking two days in a row. I unplugged it and I won't get on it again. No error code was produced. Edit: 600 freakin dollars. I submitted a warranty claim but I don't have the box. I tried some of my warm s...

"Hugo Boss Men's Belfiore Slim Fit Striped Long Sleeve Casual Shirt" $175, but you can get it on Ebay for $89.80. https://onemoda.com/image/catalog/good/bc3400b52e5f8b4da958ab5a84701d23.jpg I've been shirt shopping on Ebay. I forgot if Hugo Boss is among the brands I'm searching for but I think I'll...

Re: Tributes

Teri Garr died at 79. She's one of the people I'd search for in the news once in a while out of curiosity, along with Tina Louise and Linda Ronstadt, to see if they did anything. I used to see Teri Garr all the time on Letterman.

Re: The food and drink thread

Yes, I don't eat toast, but sometimes I make french toast. I don't even have a toaster anymore. But I do make pancakes and I made an eggplant roll (like stromboli) that I let get a little brown. The taste is fine when the cheese isn't brown. The pizza crust was good too. No big deal, and I make exce...

Re: The food and drink thread

I bought a ball of pizza dough and some reduced fat mozzarella. I crudely shaped half the dough and pre-baked it because I don't know what I'm doing and I knew getting the crust right was the hardest part and I don't want to burn the cheese in the process. The bottom of the crust was too thin (I'll ...

Re: Health and Fitness

My favorite sport to play - paddle ball - is deader than ever. Modell's no longer sells the paddles. I tried a website for an organization so I can potentially hook up with other players but it was down. Another website had nothing on one-wall paddle ball, which is the normal paddle ball I'm familia...

Been toying with the idea of moving to what I now think of as the town of Switzerland.
