Near me, an Dixie cup factory that had the world's largest Dixie cup on its roof for 60 years is being converted into a mixed use building. First the bread box and now this. This town is full of reminders of my past.

Bunnies roam the streets at night. One anyway. When I was staying with a friend in NJ I saw a possum in the middle of the night. I got upgraded to a bunny in PA.

My new apartment has kitchen cabinets with a built-in bread box. I had look it up to learn it's a bread box. Yes, and if my new place has electric then by the time I have to replace it or move gas may be banned.

This one looks like it could be good but it wasn't seasoned well and I ran out of oil. With grated cheese it would have been good. Fresh whole wheat pasta with red onion, spinach and string beans.
