For some reason, every time I click on a link here now, it prompts and says, "Not Secure" because it lacks encryption (and whether or not I'm entering password info from the browser, it seems it could still be maliciously stolen and linked to other accounts. . . Though I'm not sure.)

Whether the website is actually quicker now since the prompts, might imply the prompts are reducing the bot DDOS attacks, or whatever is happening.)

Same here. Getting: net::ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID which leads to having to click again to proceed to this potentially unsafe site

However, if this is the price to pay for decent response time, it's probably the lesser of two evils.

Madrigal just mentioned about the site issues today, sorry for those! We're getting a lot of traffic from iffy websites and the access logs filled the disk. I banned some I.P.s and added some rate limiting, so hopefully this will help. I also fixed the HTTPS certs (if you see an issue, you might need to clear caches, etc.).

I don't play when there's a security warning. I just read the forum in incognito mode through a proxy until that didn't work. I also used the contact us button to tell you about the problem weeks before you fixed it Now, on my desktop, I can't login or start a new account. I don't receive the emails needed and the software doesn't tell me the problem. Somehow my cell shows me a password option that my desktop doesn't, but I can't read it and didn't try copying and pasting it yet.
