A 5 lb bag of russet potatoes = 8 cups water.
I bet an elephant could eat a 5 lb bag of potatoes. Where are you headed with this?
Daily food stack: 2-4 chicken thighs, 3-4 tbsp olive oil, 16 ounce bag of frozen collard greens, 5 lb russet potatoes (peeled and boiled).

I've read the poorer Irish before the blight lived almost exclusively on potatoes, eating 12-14 pounds a day. Perhaps if they ate elephants instead, there would be no St Patrick's day in the US?
How many potatoes does it take to kill an Irishman?

On a daily basis I drink only water, often drawn eagerly from a litre bottle as though I am moments from death. Any other beverage is considered infrequently, only for flavour, and with farcically high standards for quality.

Anywhere from a cup to a half gallon of tap water and a can of fizzy water. A couple cups of iced coffee. The more I drink the better I feel but I have to force myself.

Yes! LaCroix is the delicious and fancy kind that is very popular but I just drink store brand. I’ve housesat for someone with a soda stream before and find the canned stuff to be superior. Zero cal and kind of a treat.

Note recently my wife had been constipated for 7 days and I rang up a nurse. She couldn't offer medical advice like take more Movicol so she talked about having prune juice and lots of water. I thought the more water the better so I gave my wife 5 litres of water and she ended up throwing up.....
Then I got a suppository from the chemist and she ended up having good bowel movements within 30-40 minutes....
