Recent topics aren't recent

For the last couple of days, I've seen topics with old last posts in the Recent Topics section.

Never mind. I was on page 14 because I kept going to new pages to see the new header quotes. In the context of page 14, the recent threads were recent. Shouldn't work that way though.
