I kept this in a shopping cart on Steam and forgot about it, so I didn't get it at the sale price (it was $1.50, and the second one was half off at $7.50,) though I was really more curious about it than anything else, so decided this was a better option. . .

Hylics (first game 1 video)

Hylics 2 (2 parts full walkthrough)

I think I mentioned these games in the "What Are You Listening to" in reference to 'Games similar to Earthbound, where I posted a few links to the downloads of freeware options. One of the games had a translation patch (basically copy and paste everything over to where the Original French EXE installs into) though is officially being released on Steam within an hour right now (for a game that came out in 2008, it seems kind of unusual, and came as a surprise.)

new release

Alternatively, this is the earlier release gameplay

I just discovered that another game (that appears to have had early story chapters come out about 6 years ago) is a spiritual successor (or a sequel tied into the story) to Undertale

Whether the game is officially complete, it seems this might be the full version:

Some other weird series is a series called Space Funeral, where apparently the 4th game was abandoned by the creator who seems displeased that people even keep the game available on the internet.

Here's some clue about why it was an issue (and apparently why the creator made a censored and uncensored version, is akin to why the Matrix creators changed their names. . . I guess they used the median to "transition") but their is also an unofficial version of the game:

And they also uploaded all 4 games.

And for what it's worth, Epic games has a black and white game called 'Hidden Folks' that is basically just 'Where's Waldo.'

Also an arcade shooter game that uses a mouse, called Gridrunner, available online, but with several versions available on here:

Free game inspired by Umberto Eco novel (Name of the Rose) and it is uploaded here: https://archive.org/details/@ramzesxiii

It seems to be one of those series that isn't rated all that high but which also seems to have some that obsess over it.

I had no clue the rest of these existed:
