80% chance of over 12" of snow by Monday night in New York City. The chances in PA are upper 70s. Makes me want to make having a balcony a requirement for my next apartment, for storing perishable food in winter power outages. I did that once in Brooklyn when my fridge broke. I may look into a battery backup that would work for an electric heater.
