Pandora's Box (Georg Wilhelm Pabst, 1929) Louise Brooks

sub https://subdl.com/subtitle/sd1623251/pandoras-box

One theory is Pandora's Box is really her crotch.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pandora#P ... _.22box.22

She was molested by some 40+-year-old house painter that lured her to his house using a trail of candy, and when she told, her mother then blamed her for what happened (as though some backward Muslim culture is prone to do.)
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Louise_Br ... pean_films

Similarly, this actress was also molested by her father.

The 'Lulu' character evolved from 2 prior films (Lulu from 1917 and Erdgeist (1923) :
https://thesilverscreensurfer.blogspot. ... rooks.html

The 1929 'Pandora's Box' is vastly superior (it seemed like the mid 1920s onward was cinema at it's peak and held up much better with modern methods of production.)

Sergio Leone had a 6-hour cut that has probably been lost to time, and the European theatrical (3hr 50min) release is the best-looking version, whereas the Extended cut introduces scenes from the likes of the actor for Nurse Ratchett (Louise Fletcher who died last year,) which probably needs many additional scenes to unmask the storyline omitted.

The majority of the film story is an idealized version, following after "Noodles" (Robert Dinero) sabotaged his friends and regrets doing so.

Featuring Vanessa Marquez, mostly known for Stand and Deliver, as well as an ER show nurse, was suffering from mental health issues and was shot by Police when they were doing a welfare check and needing to evaluate her for health (and seizure issues, real or not,) which might be a psychosomatic behavior as evidence by her using a prop gun in an attempt to resist arrest. A similar issue happened with Anthony Dwain Lee who used a prop gun at a Halloween party which was being checked out by Police who saw him aim it at them.

Sorcerer (1977) is a fairly impressive and overlooked movie (that was released around the same time as Star Wars, and in addition to the director having filmed Excorcist, is believed to have confused people about what it was about.)

This early 1990s video by Ken Roberts promotes commodities rather than stock trading (though either are volatile, and are just as prone to bubbles as any, such as gold an silver which people lose a lot on.) This video is labeled an MLM. . .

This is the guy today.

Quite a few search results come up with "scam guru" or something to that extent, and he seems to quack like a duck.

Strangely the main actor and the former wife (who divorced just as the Berlin wall was crumbling) would die within a year of each other from cancer, right as the movie came out. The wife was an actual Stasi spy.

Operation Mercury the Invasion of Crete

A lot of other war films: https://m.facebook.com/WW2TV/videos/ope ... hi_IN&_rdr

Somehow looking for an obscure Norwegian film lead to the war movies, and something else:

I couldn't find subtitles for it.

Music documentary (mostly music performance)

A VCD version (low quality) is what prompted the above

Liquid Sky (Slava Tsukerman, 1982) Anne Carlisle, Paula E. Sheppard, Susan Doukas

In the preview, when they shout, "Do it! Do it!" I'm reminded of the incident where two teenagers interpreted subliminals in Judas Priest . . . Seems it's a drug-induced "outer space" movie.

The infrared special effects (signifying when she's high. . . or an "alien") would later be used in the movie Predator character POV.

The main character in the above plays one of the minor characters, which Paul Hogan comes to rescue.

Crocodile Dundee (Peter Faiman, 1986) Paul Hogan, Sue Charlton, Anne Carlisle

So, apparently, the 2020 movie was based on a 2018 superbowl promotional trailer for Australian tourism?

Breaking Away (Peter Yates, 1979) Dennis Christopher, Dennis Quaid, Daniel Stern
https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0078902/

The movie is free to watch right now

Or https://ok.ru/video/1613834750502

Using incognito mode and pastedownload. . .

I never knew a movie had been made about the limestone quarry in Bloomington Indiana, which has now stopped being used and has been filled in with water (so people actually go there to swim in the quarry, which is where I've been to around 2000 or so.)

I think this is Plandemic 3: The Great Awakening (I have yet to play it.)

This experiment was basically what inspired the Survivor series. . .

This might just be proving that youtube videos will misdirect people's attention away from "what someone interpreted they saw when they saw it," rather than actually believe they saw.

And yet Astronauts aren't exactly known to retain their sanity and rational decision making, at all times.

Harrison Bergeron (Bruce Pittman, Kurt Vonnegut TV Movie 1995) Sean Astin, Christopher Plummer

This is the sci-fi I've been trying to remember (confusing some aspects of it with other ones.)

Takeshi's Castle full series https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Takeshi%27s_Castle

Entire TV series: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt12749392

I would rather pass on it, though have gotten into some history documentaries involving the Napoleonic wars.
