Could geoengineering have been involved with any of this? Doubtful, since it costs so damn much, and it would have been pretty damn obvious if it was being done. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out the air traffic is very normal for the areas that are showing negative effects, and more often then not it's just air currents carrying nasty stuff such as from coal-powered burning, results in much of the crap these idiots are talking about in the video (things like sulfur dioxide are as old as industrialization, and as historic as coal has been burned in the atmosphere, such as ancient civilizations which show up in ice records.)

I drink a lot of tea (which has L-Theanine occur naturally but is about 6 mcg per regular cup though some teas are known to have 150 mcg which is probably what most supplements have.) If drinking a lot of tea it's probably not too different from a supplement. Caffeine and other things (EGCG and catechins which can help with the heart) might be a better alternative if running to the bathroom all the time isn't an issue.

For awhile I could buy an energy drink that had it, and it was one of few energy drinks that gave me a calm focus. Drinking caffeine by itself causes anxiety and hypertension, and I would take ayurvedic supplements like ashwagandha to reduce stress.

I do wonder about the claims that the power plant discharged the power hours before the fire supposedly broke out, since their were videos about the power lines sparking due to the wind, which is what apparently caught fire, and then it was being handled and put out, though the wind caused the fire to resume and spread again.
