I had to look them up because they are playing near me (and I thought it was weird to find musicians from Germany, and incidentally the next performer is the dude behind Hatsune Miku, who gets two performance concerts. . . I was half wondering when the Bronies start getting together and do some kind of sacrificial offering on stage.)
I thought this was possibly an actual song from the Ragtime era, but it seems to have been based on a death metal song from 2016, which was adapted to a ragtime theme for Southpark.
Likely a bit of a reference to something like this (and puerile lyrical music is probably as old as the Roman empire.)
A good example of purile (released around the time of the bicentenial when everyone was becoming patriotic again) and seems to have been actual bar theme or military morale music:
The Earthy Side Of Such Diverse Personalities As Abraham Lincoln, Benjamin Franklin, E. Field, Kipling, Purcell & Others (1971)
Insanely this has over a billion views (not even the most famous musicians have that many, that I've noticed.)
