Little Rants
Re: Little Rants
HOA just seem like a scam.
They also seem to be corrupt and involved in HOA foreclosure scams.
Generally they take advantage of situations and lack of legal knowledge. Some aspects of what they try to enforce are also illegal.

I think of the majority of Master's degrees as representing an entitled trustafarian culture whose entire existence is merely extracting as much resources from whomever is within their proximity; be it family or serfs, while believing they are the chosen people to represent the status quo of mediocre cultures--devoid of any semblance of soul or identity apart from some privileged mediocrity.

I wish manufacturers of briefs would say what size the unstretched waistband is. I suspect Jockey's 26 3/4" waist is small for a size 38. The resistance when you expand it matters too but that's harder to measure.
Limey once commented that I'd be swimming in my XL underwear. I know why he'd think that, but I don't like the waist to be so tight. I once bought XL briefs and they provided no support and I didn't like them, but they may have been full rise. I just ordered mid rise in XL. The experiment continues.

Re: Little Rants
Today I bought and initiated a return of Affinity Publisher 2. I had difficulty doing a couple of simple things, but after looking up how, I was able to. But then I just wanted a border around a text box. Way beyond unintuitive. Couldn't do it. So, just as in my old web development days when I resorted to conditional comments and images for text layout and sometimes background images because regular images wouldn't work, after hours of trying to do things the right way, I'm stuck doing that same crap in Microsoft Word. I already had been opting for images of text for descriptions of screenshots in Word, but my current work is more text-heavy with fewer screenshots so I tried not to, and succeeded on my own machine, but then I tried emailing the docx to someone and all hell broke loose. They couldn't save it, they couldn't print it, elements were missing, and I tried docx, doc, and odf. Odf came closest. So, I tried Publisher and no good. Now it's back to pasting images into Word.

People have inherent biases and motivations, or are in their own "bubble." Most of human behavior is molded by neuroticism that influences how people interact or form dependency on self-image preservation. Most of societies' problems stem from traumas that keep people perpetually in a self-destructive mode (and hence why people like Donald Trump get elected, is due to people that latch on vicariously through him, or those like him; much as religion or organizations like education and business create proxies that people feel compelled to part of.) People develop tunnel-vision that makes them part of a silent majority in a world that depends on conformity to social norms, even if it is actually opposed to who they are represented as an individual.
And yes, people do need to broaden their experience and be more grounded by it, but too often people fall short of tolerance for such perspective and don't really empathize with others (people feign sympathy and mistake it for empathy,) and too often are driven by shallow self-preservation insticts (such as, any idea that don't reward social hierarchy are to be ignored) or due to not being able to understand that perspective; things are tolerated so much as it doesn't infringe on their perspective and belief about what seems rational (such as, if someone believes the sky is blue--even though it is yellow--they might still say it is such, and not bother investigating it or questioning their paradigm of reality.) Much of this might be due to desire to do as they always were told.

I miss the good old days when there would be an "out of order" sign on a machine or two and worst case scenario was you had to wait another hour or two for a free machine. Building management emailed me this today:
I actually need an app on my phone to do laundry. The office building Laundry Room is off-line, washers and dryers are not working. CSC has been contacted for repair. An email will be sent when the laundry room is back on-line.

I should have never gotten started playing 'Holstein Girls' on PornGamesHub. . . (Actually, I started on fap-nation org, but that's a long story. . . Starting with a game called, 'Fattening Career,' and actually started with a similar one called 'Bountiful Harvest,' but ended up looking into a number of different things.) I'm not sure there is a "correct" way to play such games. . . (and often the game developer offers an option to modify the game options for how the story unfolds.) And a lot of them seem to no longer be available on mainstream platforms that used to host them (a surprisingly large number of such games toy with taboo subject matter, obviously, but I think another reason is that the game developers get into trouble for a number of reasons; as can be imagined with these kinds of games.)
Apart from the obvious, a few of the games are actually very impressively made, and attempt to resemble big-budget games (such as with 'Broken Dreamers,' inspired from BladeRunner 2042, but also one that is still in alpha stage called Project Eve HD by Hexotica uses evident Cyberpunk 2077 influences; though has no sound and is extremely clunky.) Some of the files are over 12 gigs, and would be difficult to run on a browser, though I've been impressed how quickly even a game that would be a few hundred megabytes starts up immediately, and keeps save files for returning to the browser.
I could make a list of certain ones that seem pretty decent, though are better off modifying certain files or using some kind of cheat code to speed up the gameplay, since trying to finish some of the games get's pretty repetitive.
I had about 102 independent games, some of which have individual seasons that continue as a separate game. I was still continuing to get a few more, and may get stuck playing 'Street Brawlers: Adult Playground Battle 6' (based on Street Fighter) since it only seems to be available in a browser interface (unless I find a way around it.)
Update: It's over 200 now and I would add:
Defending Lydia Collier
Sassy Girl
I still consider it a rant because I'm wasting time on stupid stuff, but I have been kind of impressed with the story ability and how developed some of the games are (even though it seems like a parallel dimension in which stuff like this exists, and it seems like the vast majority of game content should be illegal to make.) I'm also a bit confused about the game developers offering their games for free while Steam also seems to be selling a lot of them.
Update: around 280 games now. Aside from some "funny ones(. . .)" there are quite a few that are very impressive for their story ability, though it would take took long to emphasize which ones are worth spending time on. Currently I'm starting to watch the One Piece series and have all the episodes organized by arcs and sagas, etc. It's something I got organized before messing with this junk, and I did something similar with other animes that I never got around to. Incidentally many of the games are still in their alpha and beta stages and will never be finished.

Spoiler
Show
Some decent ones worth considering:
Broken Dreamers
Welcome to Free Will
Where It All Began
Leap of Faith
Symphony of the Serpent
Pecker PI aka Curse of the Pearl Necklace (BRAVO!)
Lust Academy
Sexyverse
Worlds of Wonders
Quarantine Libido (some impressive detail of the characters, which also has it's downfall at times. . . You have to play it to know.)
Race of Life (A car-based game. . . not about racial theory, but you will find quite a few racist BS in some of the reviews, if it contains a black person--and I was rather fond of one of them in Holstein Girls. . . The thing is, you only seem to finish the game once you impregnate every last one, and I'm not sure if the game originally required it to be your immediate family. . . Since the game starts off requiring you to give an experimental breast growth serum to unknowing recipients. . . Kind of like Bill Cosby and "Spanish fly". . .
Update: It's worth noting that another game called 'Sex with Hitler' also exists. . .

Re: Little Rants
I was messing with Chrome extensions thinking they were a culprit in extreme slow down (something to do with disabling hardware acceleration as a white box would show up from the processes) and since the extensions for Ublock Origin are going to go away (or are no longer supported?) there are apparently alternative extensions that might be dupes with fake reviews or something, that might actually encourage malware and spam (since a lot of these apps are perhaps using questionable origins that could potentially function as backdoor entryway for hackers or identity theft, etc.)
I couldn't help but notice two different Task Manager for something titled along the lines of:
“sink to receive asynchronous callbacks for WMI client application”
And I wasn't the only one to apparently think it could be a malware exploit (and the advice they were given was to reinstall Windows to possibly address some malware problems)
https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/win ... 02620834f6
Along with another that seemed to have no reason to be open that others were having issues with:
'Permanently disable Adobe Collab Sync'
https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat- ... p/11733706
I noticed there seemed to be some really sketchy crap that fake social media profiles trick people into clicking, as well as questionable websites that load funny, which could be infection points.
So far after disabling or rather closing the WMI thing, I also removed the Adobe file and placed it into a different folder, and it seems to have currently resolved some of the problem, though I'm really not sure it won't come back, though they haven't entered the Task Manager since closing which might suggest they started for no reason that was essential to functioning with the OS.
