"Weird Al" Yankovic - Hardware Store with lyrics
That's the only Weird Al song that I've heard that isn't a parody of another song... I like parodies a lot better....
Here's my favourite song of his: (it won't let me embed it)
"Weird Al" Yankovic - It's All About The Pentiums

Seems the first song doesn't "age well. . ."
https://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/a ... y-her.html

Though it seems pretty evident modern music sucks, I've been wondering whether music has become inferior, or if the majority of music really was horrible with the exception of a few well known songs?

I could still listen to 'People's Temple Choir' over most modern music. . .

I just realized, Ringo Starr was/is a pedophile. . .

Other Beatles songs
https://genius.com/The-beatles-i-saw-he ... ere-lyrics
https://genius.com/The-beatles-little-child-lyrics

It would be enough to think that people like Elvis were just being pressured to appear publicly as offering themselves to young girls to encourage their buying their music, but they really were consistently going after them (though you could argue the Beatles were also younger then as well?) It's a bit like Leonardo DiCaprio switching girlfriends once they reach a certain age and finding one even younger; either it's really shallow or exploitative. The fact that the lyrics specifically say 'Little Child' should suggest they saw themselves as adults with the intent of finding a perceived "child" in a sexually compromising position. Also, Ringo is clearly showing pedo behavior well into old age.

Bob Dylan also was good friends with the Beatles and seems to have shared interest, and I'm wondering if the accusations of statutory rape with a minor (young teenager) didn't get overlooked when he was being propped up recently. It seems as if people get accused of rape, dumb morons start to support them even more (unlike ugly Weinstein who people still view as a creeper. If the person comes across as attractive or endearing like Bill Cosby, they could go decades without being confronted on the accusations.) As soon as reports of rape occurred with a musician DJ, the very next day Amazon was paying them to Livestream some performance. It's almost as if society goes out of it's way to identify with primitive limbic system motivations, which they attach to "survival" mindsets, as some mindless reward like an overzealous retard with oral fixations.

Even then you also find shitty people that want to use such accusations to take advantage of situations and will go years without correcting an injustice because they receive payout from it.

I never really cared for Who'll Stop the Rain, heck, not much of a fan of CCR, but I somehow went down a rabbit hole of Vietnam era songs, I think it started with seeing something about a founding member of DEVO being at Kent St, but later saw this clip of Fogerty on Howard Stern talking about the song and suddenly, I could hear everything he was trying to convey. Much more appreciation for him and the song.

I had been emailed regarding my report and shared video excerpts in gif format. I was aware he had some position within Mufon though it appears he took over all of Texas reports.

:hi:

I think our yesterdays, in the context of this song, can be a frame of mind. I hope this mindset catches on.

Yesterday, all my troubles seemed so far away
Now it looks as though they're here to stay
Oh, I believe in yesterday

Suddenly, I'm not half the man I used to be
There's a shadow hanging over me
Oh, yesterday came suddenly

Why she had to go I don't know she wouldn't say
I said something wrong, now I long for yesterday

Yesterday, love was such an easy game to play
Now I need a place to hide away
Oh, I believe in yesterday

Why she had to go I don't know she wouldn't say
I said something wrong, now I long for yesterday

Yesterday, love was such an easy game to play
Now I need a place to hide away
Oh, I believe in yesterday
Mm mm mm mm mm mm mm

Play these together

(Thinks of why only Morrowind and Oblivion seem worthwhile.)
