Some movies are probably incomprehensible, even with subtitles (I think the big Asian--Bolo Yeung--guy that acted in Bloodsport was in this movie at 35 minutes in?) It's basically a really bad ET inspired film, but it nearly resembles a micropenis, and the ending has a bunch of little girls (for some damn reason, no boys) all dressed up as though they are going to be married, as an ET craft comes down (where the little micropenis then fends off the ET craft which seems to be ready to abduct the girls?) Also the "old woman" is a young guy in drag.

The guy seems to be reporting continued growth (as would be consistent with inflation growth. . .) and I still can't help but perceive a commonality of evictions and other things, as would be expected (hence why in the video they seek out other options for tenants since it's much more of a hassle to evict people if you can generate income still by keeping them inside the property.)

It becomes less about concern for people and more about how to maintain profits within a troubled economy. It's sort of like pointing out how real estate Brokers can get the same percentage of a house sale in spite of the absurd increase in inflation and supply and demand (which assumes that per average income, a real estate broker has a far greater chance of hedging against inflation, but the person expected to generate more income--unless they are one of the privileged and generate an absurd amount for sitting on their ass and "delegating"--will tend to require more serfs to fill up the residence in order to make it more sustainable (and if you are some low-life INTP you might have a bit of trouble finding someone to live with you, etc.)

I was checking out some of the jobs they have (the guy owns MC Companies, and they have an Leasing Agent position nearby,) but I tend to think that a company in charge of 10,000 properties would probably be what constitutes crappy corporate culture, and their Pheonix HQ location seems to have a lot of the backstabbing shitty extroverts who puts their "buds" in cush positions while trying to weed out those who aren't going to vet for their incompetence (or be in favor of their psychopathy.)

One of the Castlevania game creators produced a spiritual successor to Symphony of the Night, which kind of works okay. Bloodstained Ritual of the Night is currently at $9.99 on GOG compared to Steam.

This is one of those times where, even though I can see the immersion really benefits by not skimming through it, I can see why people complain about the gameplay. Something he conveniently omits is the dangers of taking methylated vitamins if you aren't accustomed to it, and I've been seeing a lot of this pop up.

Also, with genetic info based on a limited genealogy test I turned my Mother into a hypochondriac when she was awaiting her more extensive DNA result about some potential health issues, because all of the main DNA that was intended to be looked up seemed pretty conclusive, until the specific gene mutation of those specific genetics indicated that wasn't the case. A lot of what we see today as a mutation was likely an adaptive genetic trait when found in evolutionary biology (we just manipulated nature for our own amusement and gluttony.)
