Thirteen Days

At first I thought Dr. Bill Maplewood (Dylan Baker) was the President, but it turns out he was Robert McNamara. Spotting him didn't have the same effect as when I forgot he acted in Requiem for a Dream (and before leaving a junkie in the E.R. noticeably grabs the vials for syringes in a slightly humorous ploy.)

I watched the whole season of American Idol she participated in. I argued with my Mom on the couch every episode like,

Me: Mom I think her vibrato needs improvement.
Mom: She's a lovely white woman.
Me: What do you think of the black contestants?
Mom: I've been meaning to paint these walls white. I wish when I closed my eyes at night I saw white instead. *close up shot of a large tear squeezing out of Mom's eyeball orifice*
Me: Btw, how come you never go outside?
Mom: *distracted mumbling* If I were born just a little lighter...

jk ... it's true anyhow.

‘Some Kind of Monster’ a documentary about Metallica working on an album in the early aughts. I’m not a huge fan of the band but I know who all the guys are. I can’t believe guys who weren’t hard up for cash would participate in making a Metallica album in their forties. It’s nice douchebag porn if you’re into that kinda thing.

A Squid crypto scam coin went up crazy and then crashed immediately, while people became bag holders and couldn't withdraw money. . .

This was evident in 1993?

I overlooked this (and perhaps just start at 1hr 18 minutes to make sense of it.)
