Kenji Mizoguchi's propaganda film is very long and boring, though considered significant, alongside his other work Sansho the Baliff.

Another Director worth looking into is Yasujiro Ozu and his trademark tatami mat shot framing
https://www2.bfi.org.uk/news-opinion/ne ... sujiro-ozu

One of the better films he made (and since he died during the early 60's his films are from that era.) Though not a good translation; under the asterisk-looking settings, select auto-translate. It does make it more interesting. Personally, I love it when they say something like, "I'm going to go with bag noodles and anxiety."

Movie

I suspect the 'Bioshock' "universe" incorporated this portrayal into the deranged people in their games. Much of the character traits are very narcissistic, and another great film that's currently free (and using adblocker) is 'There will be Blood."

I wasn't sure if it was having covid symptoms or what but I had some fairly intense migraine feelings for the course of a day, but I may have also drank too much caffeine; so I don't know. The portrayal of the "bastard in a basket" with hearing difficulties reminded me of when I had chronic ear infections and resorted to getting tubes inserted in my ears. . . And now looking back I noticed how neglect and disregarding my request to not drink milk probably resulted in those issues, much of which could easily have been preventable if I wasn't raised by narcissistic parents.

This also came out recently

It doesn't look like he was faking it but here are some experienced observers (because it would be really easy for someone with cameras on all angles to prove they staged it by how the propellers moved; and yet, why didn't he keep his recording from within the cockpit/fuselage?) It does seem pretty cringey he decided to promote a product within a video in which his life was put at risk (and the nature with which he groans going through a second tree brush after apparently landing on one the first time and taking the torn clothing off?)

Also if you have ever seen "oud" as a scent description, it's basically a moldy aquilaria tree that had insects bore into it, which then becomes agar, aka myrrh.

Reverse mergers are common tactics used by stock companies to enter US stock markets without having to go through proper channels to set up a ticker.
https://bullandbearmcgill.com/the-rever ... investors/

This company named Cenntro (EV cars) acquired the stock ticker NAKD (a former lingerie company. . . nothing suspicious about it???)
https://17yearoldhedgefundmanager.subst ... /p/cenntro

Seems the Cenntro CEO had already defrauded investors in 2012 which is probably why he took this approach. He's already used his company in weird ways prior.

Wargames movie

It's based on David Scott Lewis, the person who hacked the Pentagon while a teenager. He posts on Twitter and the first video is one he shared, while he lives in China.

*******************

The Biden Sinopec oil deal with China along with whatever the heck has been going on with Ukraine, are still not being addressed; it's as if the news agencies are reluctant to cover it even though it very clearly shows conflict of interest and abuse of privelage from within the White House (things that Biden is tied to with the Obama administration and has continued on into his own Presidency.)

https://www.bbc.com/news/world-54553132
https://www.foxnews.com/opinion/hunter- ... el-goodwin
https://www.politifact.com/article/2020 ... oe-biden-/

I suspect the energy crisis that emerged with the sub-zero temperatures the year before were in large part due to Biden claiming he was supporting green energy, when it only becomes more complicated by his complicity and clear disregard for authenticity. Though I despise Elon Musk for a number of reasons, Biden didn't even Mention Tesla when he had the major automakers at the White House, and even suggested the GM CEO did more to promote green energy, when all it really suggests is a group of people pocketing money from Unions.

Biden is merely selling oil to China by crippling the energy sector.

I'll be looking for Kingdom Come Deliverance videos (though most of them seem to end after about 8 hours which is where I kind of stopped at.)

Professional Baker Reviews Baking Scenes from Movies & TV
https://www.vanityfair.com/video/watch/ ... ews-baking

It's practically a movie review for different food-based movies, but also it helps to teach about proper cooking techniques (which addresses how patient someone is to make some of the stuff. . . I've made croissants from scratch but don't recall taking more than 24 hours, though I do second the idea that such dough should be kept cold and butter mixed into the crust in a lengthy process. It might explain why it costs $50 on Williams-Sonoma website for 6-8 croissants. . . though at the end of a day I could care less to buy such things.)

The Rescue (Thai cave divers rescue 12 kids and a coach for a sports team; this is the same event that Elon Musk called the volunteer British diver a pedo because he didn't agree with him, which fortunately Nat Geo didn't show in the documentary.) Easily one of the best documentaries I've seen; and unfortunately one of the Thai ex-Navy Seals died because he lacked experience with the specifics of extreme cave diving (which is pretty horrifying when you consider what was going on with the rain, and perhaps in some ways his death was making people aware of what conditions they were facing which is why they turned to anesthesia.)

I consider this to be more of a slow-motion trainwreck, however, I've never been able to watch it fully and am attempting to by speeding it up by about 2x. BOBBY SHELDON’s 1905 car is the only car made in Alaska, built from spair parts.
https://www.atlasobscura.com/articles/s ... automobile

Which reminded me of this movie (Studabaker had been around since the mid 19th century and starting making electric and then gas cars even prior to Sheldon, which kind of surprised me as I overlooked Studabaker existed prior to the 40s.)

This was made by the company in 1953

“We trained hard—but it seemed that every time we were beginning to form up into teams we were reorganized. I was to learn later in life that we tend to meet any new situation by reorganizing, and what a wonderful method it can be for creating the illusion of progress while actually producing confusion, inefficiency, and demoralization.” ― Petronius Arbiter

Former SpaceX engineers made a robotic pizza truck

This is basically doing what automated frozen pizza does prior to putting in an oven, and though innovative from a fresh food truck perspective, is probably more specific to areas where food delivery is more specifically needed. I noticed that a Stellar Pizza companies is registered in another state, so it doesn't seem they were wanting to expand out just yet, though I can see a similar pizza production method used on a larger scale.

It doesn't cut the pizza like this Pazzi robot does (which is at a store front.)

By comparison:

I've recently bought frozen pizzas that are half the price of the Pazzi (10 euros or more) and probably just as good if not better, while apparently being shipped from Germany. Similarly, over a decade ago Target used to sell a buffalo cheese Margharita pizza with some of the rarer tomato varieties which I would buy on clearance for about $2.15 each day and used my discount card, and since I worked at the 'Food Avenue' I would cook it in the instant oven, which probably has a similar effect to the above. Even if things are good people will mostly only buy things if they readily identify with it from an instant gratification or preconceived belief that they identify with the product (such as impulsively buying something and then throwing it away without any thought.)
