Dr. Steven Greer (who is on the 20th anniversery of the Disclosure Project) has followers of his that go around and do CE-5 "contact," and I recently had attended one. Much of the reason such groups never join other groups with similar missions, is because they are essentially a cult of personality, with Dr. Greer as the charismatic narcissist. People like Reinerio Hernandez openly despises Greer and calls him a fraud (which incidentally is something I agree with, but I also consider Hernandez as either a fraud or someone who is confabulating for similar reasons.)

It doesn't mean that I don't believe they aren't making contact with something that society is not prepared to comprehend; however, I'm also sure that the people hosting the pro-Greer CE5 were drinking the Kool-aid of confabulation, which such groups encourage.

Since Jeff Bezos is going into space, I should mention how the Blue Origin rocket resembles a giant dick (which incidentally, the smiley face you find on Amazon's "package" also looks like a line with a phallus head for the arrow. . . Look at it. . .)

And when you consider the absurdity of spending years to build a rocket for a 11-minute Disneyland ride, you have to wonder if Jeff Bezos is also obsessed with McCaulley Culkin and sending his packages indiscriminately to your doorstep. . . And perhaps Bezos moved from 'Home Alone' with dick picks and onto Richie Rich with his rocket launch.

The first thing that came to mind when reading up on the guy dabbling in the occult, is it sounds like some kind of Satanic practice (which France was known for in later centuries with the https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sabbateans ,) and it seems after squandering his money that Gilles was losing his mind and possibly believing he would restore his fortunes by doing evil deeds. It resembles Jack the Ripper somewhat, and it could even be some kind of syphilis he contracted.

I was reading up on King Herod (of Judea pre-Jesus) and came across his "honey" who killed herself to prevent marrying Herod, and was doused in honey to preserve her body (which some speculate was for necrophilc purposes.)

According to this documentary, Mariamne was instructed to be killed when Herod's visit to the new emperor of Rome demanded he visit Octavian with the possible expectation he himself would be killed after having sided with Marc Antony, to which his desire that his wife never be with another man (or potentially to have returned the family to rule the "holy land." He may have been paranoid and jealous as he did afterall kill many of the Sanhedrin (45 of about 80) to remain unopposed, and never really trusted that his wife's allegiance would pose a threat to his ego.
