A while ago I signed up for notifications for when Vermont reopens its incentive program where they pay people to move there. It reopened! "The New Relocating Worker Grant [up to $7500] is available to new residents taking a qualifying job with a Vermont employer. The New Remote Worker Grant will be available after February 1, 2022 to new residents that work for an out-of-state employer." My goal is to move to south western VT (near Albany) under that program.

Also, I'm adding cantaloupe to my diet.

RIP Charlie Watts, but a couple of decades ago when I was into Buddy Rich and really good jazz drum solos, Charlie made a comeback somewhere and I was watching it on TV. Someone called him the best drummer so I was excited, but he didn't seem good and he looked mentally challenged.

I was just searching for a cable cover, I swear! A Panduit LD10WH8-A. I entered LD10WH8-A in Ebay and I'm getting all kinds of vintage nude photos! I can't figure out why.
And why does this search return photos of half naked black couples? I just want a can of primer!

Folks, fact check analysis is in order. I'd better change out this screen for a new one. *shines Catoptric skylight*

The real trivia contest begins with answering this post. When I return I'll have both the answer and the largest tiny shiny trophy you've ever seen. Know what I mean? Ok then just wait and I'll show you. tbc

edit: that its to say, there is a phenomenon on Ebay where if you type in... you get the point.

It could be something like, people search for normal acrylic paintings and the 100th result is dirty and that's the one they click on so much more than any other that none of the other words in my search term are remotely as meaningful. That wouldn't be very discernable from any investigation we could do.

Challenge accepted. :pipe:

I didn't even get the black couples with a search for prime or primer. Then I added Sherwin-Williams in case someone's porn name is Big Willie Williams or something, but still no black couples. Then I tried "acrylic-alkyd" and "Sherwin-Williams" alone, and still nothing. So, maybe when you put all three terms together, since there are no exact matches, Amazon fills shows you products that are popular in general, ignoring the search term. Except there are no black couple pictures on the best sellers page. The algorithm for non-matching multiple-phrase searches may be very disconnected from the algorithm for individual terms.

FWIW, there are 99 results for this nonsense search, and only one result for this slightly simpler nonsense search.

I once wanted to make a thread where we show out most masculine and feminine items but I didn't like how my photo came out. I still don't have a photo, but I have a sledge hammer and miniature flowers for crafts. Tonight I climbed to the top of an 8 foot ladder at Home Depot to take down a box of hard hats. That's a contender for the most masculine action category. I'm not sure whether that was allowed, even though there are built-in handrails. I guess it could be dangerous if you over-reach. There was a tag with a bunch of instructions in small print that I didn't read. I didn't see a "for employees only" sign.

I also operated a drywall sander for the first time. If it was earlier I'd consider buying a meatball hero to make it a complete day of manliness.

...actually, it was just rolling stairs. I don't think it counts as a ladder. :(

I'm gonna put on something silky and have a cup of tea.

Been doing research for the sake of my manhood. They're called rolling ladders, but the one I was on was probably built for forward descent, meaning you could face the direction you're moving when going down, like stairs. But it's still technically a ladder.
