Should be playable? The comments are interesting in the youtube video (even if only trial is visible.)

Also a movie called Skyman. Tubi won't play unless adblock or privacy blockers are deactivated.

Re: What are you watching?
I just finished the Turbografx game Gunhed (and since it was emulated I managed to keep a maximum setting by reloading from saves repeatedly, and apparently upon finishing there is a mode to improve the difficulty even more which is insane.) I realized afterwards it's based on a Toho movie that came out the same year.
"Thirteen years after an evil computer's unsuccessful war against humanity, a former pilot (Masahiro Takashima) travels to an island to steal its silicon chips."
. . . That might explain why the final boss was the image of a woman that emerges from a mainframe barrier of some kind that disintegrates into a mecha.
The full “Two Face: The Grey” movie is on Tubi.
Coming to Rialto, proof that ghosts exist?

The Sir No Face movie is linked here (and the first I've heard about it) :

(Btw, I wrote you a theme song) "I said a woo-woo-WOO ... I said a woo-woo-WOO-WOO-WOO-WOO-WOO."

This one's a hitter too.
These are neighborhood heavies. Eye contact isn't recommended.
