I discovered you could easily mass remove the 'Title' properties of a file by highlighting them and going to properties, then the details tab, and at the bottom hyperlink "remove" etc -> "remove the following" and click the title box.

It still doesn't work for everything though I only encountered an issue with MKV files which may or may not have some kind of digital encryption which prevents modifying it (though usually those will have an accurate title that doesn't interfere with the way it shows properly on a playlist.)

I was reminded of it when checking up on a well-known figure in the PSX classic mini and NES/SNES classic mini emulation scene (who still updates core files to run efficiently on the consoles which are harder to find now.) It seems a bit odd that both Trump and Epstein have the same claims (give or take whatever agency they might have operated within or did dealings with when it was convenient) about them, and yet it would seem to be at complete opposites of the spectrum (that such a high profile person as Epstein and Trump would typically have info from whatever handlers, if they had them.
